If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to resolve the situation for you as best we can. In all cases, it is best to contact us by sending an email with a short explanation (and possibly photos) to email@example.com.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason (right of withdrawal). After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount. The costs for returning your home to Celes-Thee Online Tea Shop are for your own account.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all accessories supplied, in undamaged, original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has been returned in good order.
When do we pay back?
Hacemos makes every effort to refund your purchase amount within 3 working days after receipt of your product at our returns department. Sometimes this may not work, but you can rest assured that you will have the money back at least 14 days after your return.
What do you get back?
You will receive a full refund of the purchase amount. In case of visible signs of use, missing accessories or missing packaging, you will receive a partial compensation from us. This is always max. 50% of the original purchase amount.
How do you get it back?
If you get a refund, we will refund the amount in the same way as you paid for your order. If this does not work, we will of course contact you.
